The Effective Schools Leadership Academy supports leaders throughout the entire year, with five core elements to build confident, connected, and capable leaders.
- Right-on-Time PD scheduled at the perfect time during the year to prepare the leader for what’s next.
- One-hour online course.
- Completed on the users’ schedule.
- The online course is a prerequisite for the Virtual Peer Network meeting and the Group Coaching Project.
- Up to 30 peers to collaborate with and support each other to learn, grow, and reflect
- Led by a Master-Level administrator
- Collaboration to deepen learning and to explore ways to apply what was learned
- Up to 8 peers to collaborate and support each other through the project
